ACCOMMODATIONS: For four to six in a bright, airy interior in the Herreshoff style.

  • Pilothouse has two swivel chairs for helmsman and mate.
  • Entering the boat via transom door is a single-level covered aft cockpit, self-bailing, and opening into the main salon and galley areas with a starboard L-shaped settee, large galley counter with two bar stools (portside area for folding type Captain's chairs), three opening windows with screens, and a TV/DVD player on an amplified antenna.
  • Forward and four steps up is the pilothouse including two helm chairs, 6'8” pilot berth/bench seat, port & starboard sliding doors, two opening windows and overhead hatch. All vessel controls are easily reached from the helm chair. There is a lovely varnished teak wheel.
  • Forward and down six steps is the master cabin including an island queen sized bed (memory foam), two screened opening ports, drawers, closet, cubby holes, and massive storage area under bed and floor. Off of the master cabin is the head with separate stall shower, more drawers, slides, and cubby holes for storage, and one screened opening port.
  • From the salon, forward and down four steps on the right is the utility room with washer/dryer combo, overflow closet, and more storage. To the left is the guest cabin including a queen sized bed (memory foam), drawers, lockers, two screened opening ports, and an attached wet head with additional drawers.
  • From the pilothouse and up five steps is the door and hatch leading to the flybridge and boat deck. The flybridge helm has good sight lines for tight docking maneuvers, basic instrumentation, and seating for four, as well as centerline helm chair and S/S wheel. Aft of the flybridge helm, is the boat deck, fender storage, and a Mar-quipt davit. It takes approximately 10 minutes to reduce the vessel's air draft from 22'7” to 14'0” by lowering the mast and folding the antennas.
  • From the salon, the better than average engine room is located under the sole and is accessed by two hatches allowing bright and easily reached engine, generator, fuel, and battery areas. The engine room is immaculately clean.
  • Under the aft cockpit are the water tanks, additional refrigerator and freezer, and steering system.

 

Additional Information:

  • Gray water can be switched from overboard to the black water tank.

  • Cabins, helm, and salon have heat, air conditioning, fans, opening screened ports or windows to cruise earlier and later to extend the cruising season.

  • Most of the boat has 6'6” headroom.
