Custom pilot house trawler with 2 staterooms, 2 heads, large living area, and plenty of storage.

Entering the boat via transom door is a single-level covered aft cockpit opening into the salon and galley areas with a corner couch, large galley counter with two bar stools, three opening windows with screens, and a TV on an amplified antenna.

Forward and four steps up is the pilothouse including two helm chairs, 6'8” pilot berth/bench seat, port & starboard sliding doors, two opening windows and overhead hatch. All vessel controls are easily reached from the helm chair.

Forward and down six steps is the master cabin including an island queen sized bed (memory foam), two screened opening ports, drawers, closet, cubby holes, and massive storage area under bed and floor. Off of the master cabin is the head with separate stall shower, more drawers, slides, and cubby holes for storage, and one screened opening port.

From the salon, forward and down four steps on the right is the utility room with washer/dryer combo, overflow closet, and more storage. To the left is the guest cabin including a queen sized bed (memory foam), drawers, lockers, two screened opening ports, and an attached wet head with additional drawers.

From the pilot house and up five steps is the door and hatch leading to the flybridge and boat deck. The flybridge helm has good sight lines for tight docking maneuvers, basic instrumentation, and seating for four. Aft of the flybridge helm, is the boat deck, fender storage, and a Mar-quipt davit. It takes approximately 10 minutes to reduce the vessel's air draft from 22'7” to 14'0” by lowering the mast and folding the antennas.

From the salon, the better than average engine room is located under the sole and is accessed by two hatches allowing bright and easily reached engine, generator, fuel, and battery areas.

Under the aft cockpit are the water tanks, additional refrigerator and freezer, and steering system.

Additional Information:
