MAJOR ENHANCEMENTS & IMPROVEMENTS:
- Teak decks were completely removed in the mid 90's and glassed over, and re-gelcoated. Now a cream and white finish.
- Windows were completely replaced with new custom-made aluminum framed windows in 2017.
- Fuel tanks were replaced in the mid 90's with aluminum tanks, totaling 230 gallons.
- Hull was completely sanded down in the mid 90's to remove blistering and completely re-fiberglassed and barrier coated; there has been no sign of blistering since.
- In the mid 90's the original engine was replaced with a remanufactured 154 hp Yanmar, Model 4LH-DTE. Currently has 948 hours on engine; 2023 Kobelt single lever controls installed.
- Two new electric heads replaced the original waste-water system approximately 2015. Installation included all new sanitation hoses and a new 60 gallon holding tank, discharged by deck or overboard y-valve.
- Replacement of fresh water system, approximately 2015. New hot water heater installation included all new fresh water plumbing and a new fresh water poly tank, 90 gallon in lazarette.
- In 2015 the owner installed a 3 zone reverse cycle marine air conditioning and heating system.
- 2023 new floorboards in engine room to make maintenance easier.
