KOKOPELLI is a 1981 36 Pearson 367 Cutter. She looks much younger than her years as you can see by all the photos. She is a solid fiberglass white hull, and is powered with a Westerbeke 4-107 diesel, FWC, with approximately 2700 hours on the hour meter. This vessel has had excellent care and has many extras included in her equipment list. Some of these are a 2004 manual Lofrans windlass, Garmin-map 498 GPS (not installed), new Andersen 40 ST sheet winches, and Andersen 28 ST halyard winch installed in 2004, colorful interior berth cushions, an LPG Force 10 cabin heater and stove, Adler-Barbour refrigeration, 100 amp Balmar high output alternator, 2002 hot water heater, 2005 West Marine inverter, 1997 mainsail with full battens (the mainsail has batt cars), 1997 roller furling genoa, Harken roller furling, new standing rigging, EPIRB, aluminum 27 gallon fuel tank (installed 2007), S/S davits on stern, Fortune green Dodger, Autohelm 4000 autopilot, and cockpit cushions. • To starboard is an enclosed head with a Wilcox-Crittenden W.C., sink, and a separate stall shower with a shower sump pump.
• Main salon has a settee berth to port with an L-shaped dinette to starboard, which forms a double berth.
• The folding dining table is mounted on the main bulkhead.
• There’s a Force 10 LPG-fired cabin heater which is mounted between the mast and head compartment door.
• Next aft to port is a U-shaped galley with a Force 10 Mariner three burner LPG stove, and double S/S sinks with manual hot and cold pressure water pumps.
• There’s an Adler Barbour cold machine 12V refrigeration system.
• Opposite the galley to starboard is an outboard facing “Nav” station with a swing-out seat.
• The interior is varnished mahogany bulkheads with laminated ash trim.
