ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • For five in a high quality varnished Burma teak interior.
  • Starting forward is the chain locker, followed by vee berths with a filler piece, lockers below, sliding portlights and overhead hatch for ventilation. There is a stunning half model of the J Boat, SHAMROCK, on the bulkhead.
  • Next aft is a large hanging locker to port and an enclosed head to starboard with shower, electric head, sink, and teak grate on sole.
  • The cabin sole is a lovely teak parquet.
  • Up several steps to main salon with lower helm to starboard with a fixed stool as helm chair and an elegant teak wheel.
  • Galley is to port with upgraded Corian counter top, S/S sink, hot and cold pressure water, Contoure microwave over Norcold refrigerator, and dish lockers.
  • Next aft to port is a settee with a back rest which forms a single berth.
  • To starboard is a bureau of drawers and a Grand Banks teak drop-leaf dining table with fiddles, and an L-shaped settee with storage under.
  • There are beige curtains on the windows, most of which open with screens.
  • Underneath the settee berths are access to the new aluminum tanks which include a large access plate to clean the tanks as needed.
  • The engine access is superb and the engine has been maintained very well.
