VESSEL DETAILS

HULL & DECK:

  • White gelcoat with molded in plank design, Blue Awlgrip whale stripe and boot top stripe, red bottom.

  • Interlux Micron Extra with Biolux bottom paint – 2 ½ coats in 2018.

  • Teak decks were taken up by previous owner; coring replaced as necessary and new fiberglass decks installed with Awlgrip finish.

  • Teak swim platform.

  • New 2010 cushions for flybridge benches.

  • 2021 4 new cutlass bearings installed, stuffing box repacked, water line and running gear repainted.

  • Raw water pumps replaced: Starboard 2007, port in 2018.

  • Racor filters with remote vacuum gauges at lower helm.

  • Kobelt single lever engine controls.

  • New accumulator tank installed 2018.

  • There are two fresh water pumps installed for easy switching between them if necessary.

  • Reverso oil change system installed 2007 serving both engines and genset.

  • S/S shafts; 3 bladed bronze props.

  • New 7KW Westerbeke genset with sound shield installed 2006, with 690 hours.

  • Shore power: 2-30 amp inlets located port side forward of midships.

  • 2 reverse cycle heat/air conditioning units - unit that serves the cabins had a new compressor with digital controls installed 2017.

  • 11 gallon water heater replaced 2019 – 110V or engine cooling water heat exchanger Capable of running on 110V.

  • 4-8D batteries (new 2015).

  • Heart inverter charger will run microwave, TV, some lights and receptacles from batteries.

  • Battery monitor system.

  • CO monitor and smoke detectors.

  • New 100 amp alternators 2018/2019.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • For six in a very attractive varnished teak interior with teak parquet soles.

  • Classic Grand Banks 42 layout with vee berths forward, two wide single berths in the aft cabin with two enclosed heads.

  • The main salon has a berth in the dinette.

  • This boat has a custom helm bench at the lower helm, with the starboard door aft of it.

  • There is an icemaker (non-functional) and wine storage built in under this seat.

  • Varnished teak joinery with varnished teak parquet soles in the main salon.

  • Hi-lo dinette table.

  • Navy striped commercial grade fabric banquette cushions.

  • There are two teak Grand Banks dining chairs with matching upholstery.

  • Koden radar at lower helm, dated but functional.

  • Garmin chartplotter, 6” screen, can be used at either helm, dated but functional.

  • 2005 Depthsounders at both helms.

  • Compasses.

  • Standard Horizon VHF at lower helm, with remote control mic on flybridge.

  • Autopilot.

  • Windlass with up/down Imtrex control; wired remote works from port side.

  • 35# CQR anchor with 200’ +/- chain rode with 100’ nylon spliced on.
