RHODORA is one special 40’ Hinckley Bermuda 40 yawl. What separates her from her “sisterships” which are presently on the market? The simple answer is her Sellers. They have owned and carefully maintained her since their purchase in 1980. During those 40 years, they have lived on her about 10 years. They circumnavigated from 1984-1991 around Cape Horn through the Pacific Islands to New Zealand and Australia, and through the Suez Canal and the Mediterranean, including transiting some French Canals. Subsequent journeys from 1999-2001 included a second trip to Scotland and Norway and Greenland. The owners have written a fascinating account of their travels (available upon request). RHODORA has proven herself completely capable of these voyages. She is easily handled by two, and their philosophy was to keep things simple with few complicated systems; so there is no refrigeration, air conditioning or generators to need service. If you are looking for a “Classic”, handsome world cruiser or even coastal cruising, RHODORA should be at the top of your list. Please read the listing carefully, and call us for your inspection. We thank you for your interest.
