• Rebuilt the trunk cabin and deckhouse and installing new aluminum Bomar windows.
• Rebuilt the aft cockpit bulwarks; rebuilt solid teak transom.

Fuel: 300 gallons in 2 new 2019 aluminum tanks.

Water: 300 gallons in 2 new 2019 S/S tanks.

Holding: 40 gallons in 2 plastic tanks with 12V macerator for aft head; forward 12V macerator not working.

ENGINE & MECHANICAL:

• Twin Ford Lehman 2703E diesels, 120 hp, 6 cylinder, FWC.
• Engine hours: Port: approximately 6600; Starboard: approximately 6600 hours.
• Morse throttle controls.
• 2019 Sounddown insulation in engine room.
• 2019/2020 new mufflers and exhaust system for both engines.
• Racor fuel filters.
• Dual 3 blade propellers.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

• Sleeps five in a tri-cabin layout.
• Two staterooms (one forward, one aft, each with its own head, shower and spacious storage) and a deckhouse. The boat may be operated from the main helm in the deckhouse or from the bridge.
• Upper and lower helm controls are Morse dual system.
• Original teak cabinetry, dovetailed joinerwork, and generous drawers and bins throughout.
• There are also spacious closets and storage cabinets.
• The flooring in the deckhouse and main stateroom is teak parquet.
• Galley with large S/S sink, 12V Adler Barbour refrigerator run with solar panels, new Force 10 three burner propane stove and oven.

COMMENTS:  CARMEN B is one of the handsome “woodie” Grand Banks 42 double cabin trawlers built in 1969. She has had extensive upgrades done the last 3 years with the highlights to include new fuel and water tanks, new generator, new electrical and electronics, new mufflers and exhausts, new rebuilt injectors and fuel pump on starboard engine, and much more.
